Exploring Outside the Box
Once we’ve established a thorough understanding of who you are and what you are looking for in a home, we will have an internal takeaway meeting where we present you with an initial selection of homes for sale we believe would suit you.
At this stage, we always try to supplement our presentation with a multitude of alternative options that you may not have already considered.
Through our comprehensive home buying experience with past clients, we frequently find that exploring listings that stray slightly outside of your initial search parameters often yields more inspiring results.

Whichever home you decide to pursue, once you’ve made your choice, our full concierge service will be available to you until we’ve secured your dream home — and anytime after as well.
We’ll constantly be available to you via phone, text, email, or whatever your preferred method of contact is whenever you may need us. In addition, you’ll also be hearing directly from us as soon as a lead, development, or update becomes available.
While we work away behind the scenes to ensure your home buying process is as smooth as possible, we maintain our commitment to providing you with every resource you need to feel comfortable and confident about the successful purchase of your new home.
Assistance Wherever You Need It
While our team primarily helps clients with buying a home in Toronto, we do occasionally provide our real estate services outside the GTA, both on a personal client basis and through our referral partners.
Due to our long-term relationships and close friendships with many of our clients, we’ve represented clients across the province from Niagara to Ottawa. Additionally, we also have both national and international referral partners from Manhattan to San Francisco and across all provinces in Canada.
We recognize the high amount of return and referral clients that request our help as a testament to our high-quality service and client experience. It’s in our nature to take care of our clients like we would our own family, which is why we are willing to travel where they need us most.
